Remote is as described. Some of the buttons don’t work eg; Netflix, Amazon but otherwise works like the original. Ordered it after being told by TV repair that it would work after seeing the original one where the buttons stopped working. Happy with purchase. Tracking did state it was in transit but was in my letter box .
